This app only works with a Watchguard endpoint. Once the VPN service is set up on the network appliance, it offers to make a file with the configuration. The admin then emails that configuration to the end user.

Open the email, click the attachment, and the iOS device is set up!

No fuss, no troubles, all done. Just as advertised.
